Snapchat users will see that global sea levels will rise 4.9 feet or around 1.5 meters. This sea level will destroy many “iconic urban areas.”

As part of the campaign, Snapchat and the United Nations announced that the oceans would increase by 10 to 30 inches by 2100. The results were included in a project report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change projects. Data from NASA and the European Space Program showed an increase of 26 inches.
